Heart2Heart is a digital facilitation platform to build communities. We believe that with the increase in online and offline polarisation, there is an urgent need to bridge differences, especially for those who are willing to take the first step. Drawing from established facilitation scholarship as well as practitioner research, Heart2Heart curates diverse groups and facilitates them through difficult conversations on topics such as race, religion and gender.
