The BetterSG tech help desk is a service provided by our technically skilled volunteers to help non-profit and social good organisations (”the Client”) with their technical needs, and/or scope out a project based on the information shared by the Client. Generally each call will be 30 to 45 minutes long, and should there be a need to follow up, our volunteer consultants will follow up via email.

We will also consider short-term cases of between 3 to 6 months for the following request types:
